Ham Croissants


Ham croissants

Serve: 6
Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 10-12 mins


  • 250g can chilled croissant dough
  • 6 slices of cooked ham
  • 1 tsp clear honey
  • 2 tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • 1 small egg beaten
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground pepper

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200c. Unroll the croissant dough and separate the triangles.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix together the honey and mustard, then season to taste. Spread the mix over the croissant triangles.

Step 3

Lay a slice of ham over each triangle. Roll up each triangle from its short side up towards the point.

Step 4

Place the croissants onto a lightly greased baking tray. Make sure they are well spaced out as the dough will expand during cooking.. Glaze each one with the b eaten egg.

Step 5

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until they are puffed up and golden

Serve immediately
